Selected Theater credits include: Kiss Of The Spider Woman (Molina) Original Cast on Broadway and London opposite Chita Rivera and Vanessa Williams, Les Miserables (Thenardier/ Bambatabois), Los Angeles Original Company, National Tour and Hollywood Bowl, Pazzazz! (Lew Fields) the latest musical by Richard M. Sherman and Milt Larsen, Beauty And The Beast (Lumiere) Outstanding Featured Actor in a Musical Award, Cabrillo Music Theater, Amour (The Painter) Goodspeed Opera House, Bark! (Ben) Original Cast/Recording, The Kid From Brooklyn (Eddie Dukoff and 10 other roles, LA Premiere). Joshua starred in Lost In Yonkers (Uncle Louie opposite Erin Moran), Funny Girl (Eddie Ryan opposite Judy Blazer and Michael Nouri), A Chorus Line (Al) directed by Kay Cole, Singin’ In The Rain (Cosmo, opposite Kirby Ward!), Romeo And Juliet (Tybalt) directed by Tony Winner Bartlett Sher. Selected Film Credits include appearing opposite Bruce Willis in The Kid and Joshua was the live action reference for Prince Eric in Disney’s The Little Mermaid. On Television, Joshua has appeared opposite Marcia Cross on Desperate Housewives, guest starred on General Hospital and Passions, as well as opposite Calista Flockhart, James Naughton and Jill Clayburgh on Ally McBeal. Joshua does ongoing voice overs for ARTSCENE LA. Joshua directs and choreographs the corporate and entertainment event, HOLLYWOOD REVISITED, and also heads up the Musical Theatre programs at California Lutheran University as well as The Academy for New Musical Theatre in North Hollywood. Joshua directed the LA Premiere of The Spitfire Grill (Ovation Nomination), the Bay Area Premiere of Songs For A New World and just finished directing Into The Woods (Civic Arts Plaza, Thousand Oaks.) Joshua has his MFA in classical theater and runs his own private acting studio The Creative Combustion Acting Studio from which he coaches actors privately as well as on the phone.
